Let’s protect your business so you can build your empire.

It’s a simple fact: you need to protect your business, whether it’s brand new or has been around for years. Far too many online business owners don’t take into account the legal side of their business until it’s too late. If you’ve been sticking your head in the sand when it comes to your business’s legal – now is the time to consult with someone who fully understands this world to make sure all of your bases are covered.

A small investment now can save you thousands of dollars in the long run. So when you’re ready for the confidence that comes with…

  • Knowing you’re using the appropriate contract
  • Knowing you’re not leaving out important provisions
  • Understanding exactly what you’re signing
  • Protecting yourself from a copyright infringement claim
  • Accounting for all California law requirements

…hire a pro to write or review your contract

or provide legal strategy for your online business.

In 2018 I created my own online business selling legal templates for online entrepreneurs. I grew that business  organically as a means to create sustainable, passive income. My intention has always been making the legal side of business both accessible and affordable for online entrepreneurs,  so that they can protect their businesses and maintain their sanity. I understand the legal world and the online business world and can bridge the gap for entrepreneurs that want to ensure all of their ducks are in a nice, neat row.

DIY’ing your legal is a huge risk because of the ever changing online business landscape and the intricacies of contract law.

Not only are there legal implications tied to your contracts, but to your advertising, affiliate marketing, promotions, website, and email marketing.

That’s why it’s so important to consult with someone who not only understands contract law, but the online business world to bridge the gap for you and ensure your business is protected.
