Q: Will you draft my contract from scratch?
Yes, I’m happy to draft a contract or policy for your particular situation.
Q: Will you review a contract before I sign it?
I will — it’s important to review any contract prior to signing it, to ensure you have a solid understanding of its terms and that it meets both parties’ intentions. The most common contracts that I draft and review are:
- Website Terms and Conditions
- Client Agreement for Online Service Provider
- Coaching Agreement
- Group Coaching Agreement

- Podcast Guest Release
- Testimonial Release
- Media Release
- Social Media Influencer Agreement
- Vendor Service Agreement
- Joint Venture Agreement
Q: I already have a custom contract, but my business is shifting — will you look at my contract and tell me if it needs to be changed?
Yes, I also offer legal strategy sessions. Please get in touch to discuss the next steps.
